PROPILATES
Pilates Classes at ProPhysio
MISSION STATEMENT
'to help our clients discover and achieve their healthiest bodies through the Pilates method of movement and training'.
What is Pilates?

Pilates is a system of low impact exercises which involve controlled stretching, movements and breathing developed from the work of Joseph Pilates. They are designed to improve posture, physical strength, flexibility and to improve mental awareness. Top athletes use it for injury prevention.

Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek and toned body as well as a flat abdomen.

It also teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.
